Mike Slate was the guy who I have just bought my Grohmann from and I have to say that he was more than helpful.  He responded very quickly to my emails and although he had never shipped outside of the US before, he was keen to try and help me and went to a lot of effort so I could get the knife that I wanted.  He even took the package to the post office to get me a quote on shipping just so I knew how much I was looking at paying.

I would strongly recommend this guy.  Service like this can be very rare (the banner members are always equally as helpful) and I was pleased to deal with him.

I had a nice talk with Mike this morning, and we may just be seeing a bit more of him around here in the future!

Really nice guy.  If he's half as nice to deal with as he is to talk to, I wouldn't have a problem sending him money too!

About customer service let me just add that the other side of the good-customer-service coin must be a good customer, since a bad customer tends to negate good service. What I'm trying to say is that Benner was a good customer who quickly became a friend. Thanks Benner!

I, too, enjoyed the phone conversation with Defender. Now there's another good guy! Multitool.org grows good people!
