So I just finished my led drop in for my e series surefire. It was hard work figuring out all the ins and outs and ups and downs. I had a friend over at CPF proper solder those tiny wires and board for me. So now it's so small I can't even tell its in my pocket. But it puts out around 450 lumens from a single xpg r5. I love it.  I'll get some pics and beam shots soon. Next will be a triple xpg cool to put in it. That will turn some heads!

Sounds like a barn burner for sure!  Is it set up for an e1e host?

Yes. It fits perfectly in a e1 host. I've been using it daily. Haven't had time to do a runtime test but I left it in for 15 minutes straight and it was still cool to the touch.

Yes it was. I may do a small batch run and let a friend over at CPF sell them there. Of course if I make some, they will be offered here if anyone is interested. I have to do a cost analysis first. I don't plan on making much money in the first batch.
