Waved Spyderco Matriarch 2

The Matriarch 2 is a wonderful knife of course, but it was missing something.
I just finished taking care of that.

Beside the Wave function i polished the spine and also hollowed out the metal "roof" above the Spyderco hole, which creates another spot to place your thumb.
I think it's a more complete knife this way, what do you guys think ?

I had to google to see what the original looked like, but that's excellent craftmanship..

I would be all over Spyderco if it wasn't for the OHO..

While well done, I just can't agree with desecrating that nice of a knife...

You say desecrating and I say personalizing.

If the changes suit the needs of the owner, then they are an improvement. Regardless of how others interpret them, or the starting product.

I like it because I think the lines of the alteration are aesthetically inkeeping with the knife, spyderco did the same thing to their delica models too.

That's one nasty looking piece , could come in handy in a dark street .
