Style CS issue

I got the kids the Wingman & Style CS combo pack from Home Depot. The one I got for my daughter's friend has an issue with the Style CS and the blade sticking out just enough to 'grasp' (his words) you. I told him to get on the LM site and use the warranty. None of the others we got had this problem. Anyone else have this problem?

I have no experienced this at all. I would definitely send it to Customer Service form what you have said.

Any pictures?
