Evowood 10 and Jetsetter. I like that there’s no tool redundancy except the caplifter and wire stripper.

I believe those are walnut scales. Am I correct? You've got a mighty nice example there! :tu:

Is that leather applied over regular scales? It looks like you can see the impression at a scale tool underneath.

I am not a wood expert but Sakwiki says walnut. They are nice, right? Almost any wood scales look good, but the curvy Evo scales really help the wood to shine.

Yes, the leather is applied over regular scales. I actually removed the scales from its original knife - a Classic, which I bought used. It had a broken spring and rather then repairing it, I just took the scales off and put them on a Rambler.
I took a picture of the scales while removed - the T&T were glued in and the leather applied over it. A bit crude solution to my eyes, but overall the leather scales look and feel nice.

Thanks for the info and pic. That’s certainly an unusual approach, but as you say, the end result is nice! :tu:

Im thinking about a new Pocketcarry Strategie:
my new Engelberth Strauß Work Jeans are a bit thigher on the Pockets than my Old ones (might be its scretches still a bit), bevor i had the Swisstool, Bitset in an EDC Pouch, the Böker Techtool, in the Pockets but some how this is not fitting anymore, so im thinking about alternatives: (Swisstool and Bits in its Pouch in my Backpack as backup),
- Böker Techtool Solo  .> its not bad, works fine even though its not an Victorinox
- Swisschamp in Beltpouch + a Small Slipjoint Folder (if the Beltpouch Belt Ring fits on my Belt) -> the Swisschamp is the most iconic SAK out there, but its still lacks the Bitdriver)
- Cybertool L in this Beltpouch (around the same Tools as the Swisschamp, - the Magnifier Glass but + the Bits and Bitdriver) + a Small Slipjoint Folder
- Just my Climper ? Then i would have to get the Swisstool from my Backpack if i need an Plier and the Bits .. , but i would only need one normal Size SAK and not an Blade only Knife..
Your SAK is only fully yours, when it bites you, or you opend a Trink of your joice whit it
SAKs i have: Huntsman Light (Red Transparent), Workchamp (Black), Wenger EvoGrip S557 (Red), Swisschamp XLT (Red Transparent).. Swisschamp (Blue Transparent) Cybertool L (Blue Celidor (custom scales) , Huntsman (Black Celidor) , Victorinox EvoGrip S557 (Red, but sadly lost in my house somewhere) Victorinox Delemont S17 and S57 ..  , waiting for: Swiza D09 Blue

@z1913: That Bantam... :like:  You sure do have some great luck finding fantastic SAKs!

@powernoodle: A No. 5 is absent from my Opinel horde/hoard. And the fixie seems to be a Cold Steel; am I correct?

@zenostoic: yellow is awlways a good choice! :tu:

The Opinel No.5 is a good size for the pocket, but it is also non-locking.  But yes, you need more for your horde/hoard and as you know they are not spendy.  Consider also the No.6 Opiflex slipjoint with a strong detent.

And yes sir the small fixed blade is a Cold Steel Kyoto II with a 3 3/8" an 8Cr13MoV blade.  Currently $18.98 on Amazon.   It has never failed to defend me from a Ninja attack.

  :woohoo:
