A couple of Cheap and Cheerful multitools
on: February 05, 2013, 09:30:30 PM
I haven't really ventured into the cheap and cheerful multitool world yet. One of my friends knows I like multitools so he is helping me over the edge. Here are a couple he and his family have given me.   :)
What? Enablers! Are you serrrrious? Where? I dont see any.

Its usually well meaning folks who don't know any better that help you into the wonderful world of Cheap & Cheerful.  I think family & friends are the main reason cheapos get sold!

Theres that smurfin hammertool again. I wonder who designed it? I hope he's/she's ashamed of the franketool he/she created.  :pommel:

I keep looking at those hammer MT's, and every time I do I remember why I've never actually bought one. :D

Is that the Cabelas logo I see on the other one?

It sure looks like the Cabelas logo to me.

The full size hammer tools actually seem like they'd be relatively useful, at least as a hammer.  The overlarge plier head would likely just be a pain in the butt though.

Not One Iota Of Quality
We Don't Know The Meaning Of Quality
Package Contains Nothing Of Quality

I can think of all sorts of ways to complete the sentence David, but what does it REALLY say along the bottom of the package? :D

Ah, but it doesn't specify at which point during the evolution of quality this tool was born.

Are you sure it's not Devolution?   I see anything with that horrid red stabilized plywood for handles and it's a HUGE warning sign... "Crap Alert!!"
I've never seen that stuff used on anything worth having.
