Does anyone have a CRKT Shrimp,and is it any good?

I have one.  Quality is good, but the design is kind of strange.  I think the Shrimp is too heavy for a keychain and the clip, while functional, isn't that useful either since the knife is so small.

When I carry mine I keep it in my watch pocket/5th pocket.
