shrade info ???

I know my knives pretty good and this schrade that I found in about a inch of rusty water with some other abandon tools has stumped me.

its a keeper for sure and I'm wondering what its name is and maybe how old.

its from schrades made in USA days so I'm assuming its a quality knife:)

It's a Schrade Switch-It. The pocket clip rotates for use by either right or left handers. Schrade closed shop in 2004   :cry:  so it was made before then.

I must have missed out on it somehow

I'm sure its from around the same time the clip hanger was out and  I owed a few of them back then.
