X-TRACT Display
on: August 19, 2013, 03:33:39 AM
During the event I attended recently we had an opportunity to pick two knives from the Buck Knives Archives. It was a lottery type drawing. I was one of the first to pick so I had a great variety to choose from. The first item that caught my eye was this X-TRACT display stand. So being me it was one of the items I choose. Of course after every one had a chance to pick there was several of these displays left, because no one else saw the significance of the displays..
I thought it would make a nice addition to my BuckTool display. Here are the pictures of the stand.
Items like this will be so hard to find in the future, but will add so much history to a collection or display. In my eyes it is not only a multitool, but I can see how they were sold. As a teaser I have a 360  BuckTool display I recently acquired and I will post pictures of it soon.

Wow, congratulations sir! :tu: I've picked up a few various Leatherman display stands over the years, and a couple of Gerbers, but I've never seen a Bucktool or an X-tract display. They certainly do add a touch when showing off your collection.

That makes a great display look even better TL! :tu: Very impressive indeed. :salute:

So is there anything else you hope to add to the collection? Other color Navigators for instance? Anything else?

My display is always open for new ideas. There are a couple of 360 BuckTools I am still looking for, they are rare but some day I may find one. I have a new idea for another display I plan on starting a collection of, but it is TOP SECRET.  :-X  ;)
