Tiger Stripe PowerLock
on: December 22, 2006, 10:30:24 AM
I've been carring my new Black Oxide Powerlock for the last couple days.  The BO makes it really cool looking.  I was looking around on the web and found that SOG also made Tiger Stripe camo pattern on their tools. I thought they were cool looking and wanted to share.

Glad to see that the PowerLock is studying it's integral calculus.

The tigerstrip looks quite nice.  I like it better than chrome or BO.

That's the real reason why these tools have to be corrosion resistant!

That looks like the Mick Strider Edition SOG!

I guess I didn't realize; SOG produces quite a number of their knives with the Tiger Stripe finish. No mention on the website anywhere of the Tiger Stripe PowerLock though.

I knew about their striped knives, but it never occurred to me that they might also do their tools like that.  Pretty darned cool though...

If I had the $ I'd definitely get a tiger striped SOG multi! I don't know what it is about tiger striping but I always love the way it looks on any weapon or tool!

I'm still trying to bury a certain traumatic memory of tigers and baseball from last October, otherwise I would buy one.

that would be great for fixing something behind enemy lines, like breaking into Bin ladin's private bathroom and loosening the screws on his biday so that the water shoots him in the hiney with such force he cracks his head on the roof
