Musical Help Required!

Hi guy's, as I'm sure a lot of you are aware, I'm a bit of a Garbage fan (second biggest I think ), which is all fine and dandy with me, but Garbage are probably no more , yes there still technically a band, and there supposedly on a hiatus, but with Shirley doing a solo album (really can't wait for that as it promises to be very, very dark ) it's pretty much 'all over but the crying'  .

So on to my question, I love dark, melancholy and aggresive music, but being the the sort of narrow minded (or extremely focused as I call it ) I've probably missed out on a lot of good act's over the years

Here's a short list of who I like...

Courtney Love
Auf der Maur
Nightwish (only the new Annete stuff)
Within Temptation
Lacuna Coil
Smashing Pumpkins
Nirvana
Dido (girl next door, who doesnt love her )

There are more, but they kinda represent my musical taste's

So what am I missing out on, are there any similar bands that I've overlooked

Qotsa I've been a bit of a fan off on and off for years, I think 'Go with the Flow' is the best video of all time
