Is there a mega phone or small tablet like phone?

Ive got a 7 inch android galaxy tablet that my wife loves.  She wants something like that but a full phone as well.  So is there a 7 inch tablet that takes a SIM card, and can be used for texting, phone calls, and the usual stuff?

I showed her the galaxy note phone but she said it wasnt big enough.

There's a Galaxy Mega but it is only 6.3 in.

I think the Galaxy Note is perhaps the biggest phone available right now.  I had pretty much the same issue. I'd rather carry around a big phone rather than a phone and a tablet.

I'll be interested in seeing what suggestions anyone else comes up with.

Oh, and there are options- you can get an LTE capable tablet and use a VOIP phone like Skype or something fornyour calls.

Sony Xperia Z Ultra is 6.4 inches :D

There's a Galaxy Note 8 coming out with phone capability.

I was looking on ebay.  This says you can make calls from it and takes a sim card.

Yup. It uses a micro sim. Looks to only be 2G and 3G though. No LTE

It has 850 and 1900 bands so it should work in Canada.

Gsm arena tells me there's also a 8in version of it.

The galaxy mega is about the size of an ipad mini, it makes my note 2 look small.
