I do wonder if he intends to make any big changes or perhaps stick to the status quo, it's not like they are doing badly as a business already.

First order of business, death to all Suspensions! Hopefully this is a good change for the brand.

That certainly wouldn't hurt their rep here, but the Suspension I suspect is a big money maker for them so they'd have to have a good replacement ready before that happened.
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.
