Maybe a titanium toothpick in a case on a keyring? Or just a regular one in it?

Its strange as I searched google for titanium fruit sign and quite a few people label the titanium pick and tube as such, but no one explains what the heck they are talking about.

I'm a bit weary of using a metal toothpick as I suppose it could damage your teeth?

Maybe just a long, thin stainless steel tube with a keyring to hold a few (like two, three?) oldfashioned regular wooden ones? Something like this, but without the thermometer?

I might pass on the elephant one :D

I've just ordered a large capsule for my keyring, then I'm of down the local camping store to buy some 58mm toothpicks to fill it with :)

Thanks for all your help and ideas :)
