Alternative to the sak toothpick??"

Well there's this certain Minichamp on Heinnies calling to me. I've already got uncle bills grippers on my keys but need to find a edc-able toothpick before i can pull the trigger on the minichamp otherwise it wont get used

Its strange as I searched google for titanium fruit sign and quite a few people label the titanium pick and tube as such, but no one explains what the heck they are talking about.

Maybe just a long, thin stainless steel tube with a keyring to hold a few (like two, three?) oldfashioned regular wooden ones? Something like this, but without the thermometer?
