Some of my idea to used a PCB board , I have been fixed it 3 layer by epoxy , it is not nice but work well .

Clever idea with the PCB.  :tu:

 I did a little experiment covering a scale with copper foil at the weekend.  That didn't work well  :(  I just couldn't get it to look good at either end.

HI' Neil,

I tried to use the PCB because in my local don't have  shop for supplied a micata or etc. The thickness of PCB
as I have to used about 1.2 mm Grass epoxy type , I need for thickness more than 3 mm so , I have fixed it's 3 layer
by epoxy glue and clamp by Vise-Grip below pic for more advise. tks...



Then cut it's off by saw (very easy..)



ready to use..
