Ok, here are my first two mods. The build of the first one can be already seen in this thread:http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,47204.msg773180.html#msg773180Maybe i´ll ad the build of my new mod later.I have no real name for the one with the Elinox front scale. But i think, i´ll call my new mod the "Proto-Troubleshooter". All the tools where made before ´86 or weren´t changed in ´86. The backside Phillips is even older. The Pliers are the very first version, made only ´86-´87 (2,5mm). So all the tools predate the actual Troubleshooter. As a personal note, i put on the back an old economy scale, since i like tweezers, but not the toothpick. No. 1:No. 2:btw: I only use non rare or very beaten or broken saks for my mods.

Signature Ultra-Lite Peened a 58mm liner only to attach scale tools, oriented the light and pen opposite each other to avoid accidently pressing the light button which was a little startling a few times on my regular Sig. Lite.Any combination of scale tools will work, I also made one with a pen and toothpick I call the 'Waiter, Check Please!'Maybe a custom brass liner protruding enough for a KR attach would be nice too. I'm not a seasoned pro modder yet, so that will have to wait...
ahhh a 108mm solo spring for the scissors... makes sense. Is there enough room opposite the scissors to stick another tool since the scissors are shorter than the frame?

Is there enough room opposite the scissors to stick another tool since the scissors are shorter than the frame? Not sure of the feasibility of that. All the springs are single ended and the lanyard hole goes through the springs and liners as well. I guess there is the possibility of cutting the end of the spring down and shaping a pad on the end. But it would be a very short tool... there is barely 10mm to spare.
108mm ICAR GAK + 108mm Victorinox Solo + 91mm Climber + custom Camo scales = some kind of Super GAK

Signature Ultra-Lite
Thanks! I haven't either, maybe I need to search the mod archives. Idea occurred to me while peening a 91mm and wondering how slim it could be...

you could always use 2 top layers - I guess you´d need to glue one on beacuase of the misplaced holes, but maybe if you find an old solid one you could drill the indents for a press fit.
