I figured I'd take a few pics of what I have so far for fixed blades.
From left to right: Ka Bar D2, Gerber Warrant, Gerber BG Ultimate Survival Knife, Mora?
For carry, the BG is the most uncomfortable as it rides kind of high, and the belt loop is very tight so there's not much movement, which makes it more difficult to sit down. The Mora is a nice carry, and the Warrant is as well, but is better when the leg strap is also used. The Ka Bar, though heavier than the rest, feels very comfortable to have attached to the hip. I have the bottom of the sheath tied around my leg, which makes it great for squatting or sitting down. The Kydex sheath is also very versatile. Right now I have my mini LED Mag lashed to it, and I also had my LM MUT sheath lashed to the front.
For holding in the hand, the Warrant is the least comfortable, and the Mora is the most. The BG is also really nice to hold on to, and fits in my hand well. I've only held the Ka Bar with the paracord wrapped handle, so can't comment on how it feels stock, but I do like how it feels for me with the paracord. If I had smaller hands though, I think it would be too thick to comfortably hold.
So that's my small collection, that I really want to expand on some more. Sorry for the pics not being up to par, but it was really dark out today, and I have my DSLR battery on charge, so used my phone.
