I have enjoyed this thread. I can only imagine how much fun it would have been to have been with you. I almost get all misty eyed just thinking about cooking chili on a camp stove and using a corkscrew to open wine. Then battleing the elements and sleeping on the ground. Then for iceing on the cake you get to play with knives and multitools.

I will admit that I use two sleeping pads under my bag because I'm big and I sleep on my side, plus my favorite camping spot is pretty much all rock. That ground looks pretty soft compared to my last few camp sites. I liked all the photos, but I think my favorite was the one with the golf flag.

They get used alot over this side of the pond

I easily use mine more then a phillips . Thats why I like the Vic Forester ( thanks again Flash ) more then the Trekker .

Guys this thread has been great I am still sore that I missed it when the date is set for October I will move heaven and earth to make it I may even have a few more toys to add to my meager collection .I did like a lot of the toys on show

Apparently normal is where you don't have to wear that jacket with the long sleeves that fasten at the back.I don't mind mine as it is nice and warm in the winter

I was in my last house for 2 years and I moved boxes today that were sealed from the last move.
