[SOLD] SwissTool & Rebar. Gifts that keep on giving.
on: January 15, 2015, 04:38:19 AM
I've got a Victorinox SwissTool I got for Christmas. Nice, but I already have two (one in my tool bag, one backup). Don't need an extra spare in my closet (trying to keep my [my wife's] New Year's resolution). Opened it to check it out. Never carried/used.

NIB - $60 shipped. SOLD

Also, Nephew gave me a Rebar. Already keep one in the truck. Don't need a backup. Opened it to inspect. Looks good. Never carried/used.

NIB - $35 shipped.

Letting these go for a deal in the spirit of Christmas, since they were gifted to me.

Will try to post picks later tonight (don't have my cell phone, right now). If not, by tomorrow for sure, if they're still available.

Will consider trades if they're still around by Friday evening (doubt it, though).

PayPal.

Thanks.

I know. Totally my bad.

Glad it's all worked out.

Rebar is SPF to HarleyXJGuy. I'll be sure to include a little something extra for the confusion on my part.

Don't worry Jose, it only costed me $2 something shipping a Pioneer to HXGuy.
But I did have to fill out a custom forum.

Is there a picture here that I am missing that will explain the 1234?

Not at all. JAfromMn is clearly trolling for another fight.

JAfromMn stay out of my sales thread. Mods, please put a leash on this jerk. Thank you.

Name calling is not really acceptable here, and neither is trolling someone else's for sale post.

Let's get back to being adults here.

I would think the initial offender & offense would be pointed out first, instead of bringing up the secondary supposed name-calling, for which, btw, I don't believe "jerk" qualifies. If it does, that's some pretty thin skin.

If JAfromMn hadn't immaturely crashed my sales thread, you wouldn't have had to chime in. Another, btw, I'm the one who asked for assistance because I remember how JAfromMn whined last time, and I didn't want another flame war.

I'm an "adult" MTO Member, not a baby-sitter. Usually, when a person goes around disrespecting a fellow member and pissing on their thread, I think that pretty much makes them a jerk, worse, actually.

One point I'd like to make, though. I think if I had used harsh/abusive language, the almighty "smurf" filter would've kick in. That didn't happen. Go figure.

Please note, if accusing me of name-calling is due to some favor for JAfromMn and his Knighthood, that's fine. Personally, I would've expected better fairness.

If this is Team JAfromMn's way of getting me to leave MTO, I won't be doing that unless I get banned. If I do get banned, I would hope it would be for my being the bad guy, not the one defending himself from someone trying to be a bully.

I hope this doesn't become an issue.

Thanks for listening.

Jose

Jose, there is a "Report to Moderator" button on the bottom right of every post.  I can recommend using it whenever there is a problem with a particular post.  Mods can then sort things out (usually in a much neater way than extraneous posts in the thread - I've always had good results from this method   :tu: ).

.... and breathe ......  ;)

Breathing just fine.  ;) Thanks for the button recommendation.

In this case, it's not rocket science. Anyone that happens on this thread can see what took place. Not much to sort out.

I'll remember the button for next time (hopefully, there won't be a next time, that'd be my preference).
