First Natural Slingshot since 1982

I am not done yet so it is still a work in progress

Harvested from a tree being taken down in my backyard last winter.  I put glue on the ends to prevent drying out too quickly.  I am not sure the wood but it is very hard to carve.

I want to use therabands on it but I dont know weather to get the single or double band

To post a picture yes.

This has been planned for a year and started during my Christmas Break from work.

How is yours shooting?

Haven't shot it yet :(

I had to add another half stick of epoxy. (The metal frame is held in the hollow handle with it) And I wrapped some paracord around the band to help just the slightest bit from it ever coming off.

I want to let the epoxy harden before I really pull on it just to be sure.

On a plus side I just got news I'll be heading to alabama this weekend to hunt!  So I'm sure I'll have plenty of shooting opportunities there to plink here and there
