Has anyone ever used the Wave/Charge/Surge to field dress deer or any game before? I know this has all the tools to do it, but didn't know if anybody ever really done it.

There was a SOSAK member that field dressed a deer with a Classic, but that's about as close to an answer to this question that I can get.

i have,no problem in gutting or skinning if theyre sharp,ive used surge-core-wave so far while bow hunting.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't, though the only thing that would be a pain would be cleaning it up afterward.

Just send it through the dishwasher and oil it down after you get home ;)

I've never gutted deer but any sharp knife should be up to the job :D

If they used to do it with a bit of flint, I'm sure an LM might just about cope :D

They say flint can have an egde on it that can be comparable to some of the worlds sharpest surgical tool :o :D Or so i heard on Discovery Channel ;)

No thats true, I've cut myself flint knapping a few times :o (before you ask, I'm not very good at it ::))

I haven't... but then I haven't shot a deer yet.  If I get one this year I'll try it.

Squirrels don't need much field dressing :P
