I once owned disasterarea.nl (and several other H2G2 related domain names) but had no idea what to do with it :D

 :sa:

What did you do with them?

Well I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that a Band from the Netherlands called Disaster Area makes it really big and wants to buy your domain name.

What others did you have?

I was a member of a tiny unofficial fan club - ZZ9 Plural Zed Alpha in the 80's - I wish I'd kept the fanzines!

What did you make of the film a few years ago?

I had more, including traal.nl, but they were all suspended.
The film was okay, mostly because of Martin Freeman and old Marvin's cameo appearance :)

Yup, I didn't think anyone could play Arthur as well as Simon Jones, but it turns out Martin Freeman was born to play him.

I found the film too glossy and the book's humour didn't translate but at least it wasn't like drinking a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster.

It was indeed somewhat better than Vogon poetry.

Thy micturations are to me
As plurdled gabbleblotchits on a lurgid bee.
Groop, I implore thee, my foonting turlingdromes,
And hooptiously drangle me with crinkly bindlewurdles,
Or I will rend thee in the gobberwarts
With my blurglecruncheon, see if I don't!"
