Going through it now. I noticed the tooth that keeps the clip still, and indeed you ground a gap for it. What about the Handle shape though? The Rebar handle is not flush flat like the Sideclip. How does the clip fit the Rebar's curvy handle? Any play? Or did you grind it flat?

It bent slightly to conform to the shape when I tightened the fastener. All the info is in the pics. There are no secret steps.

I'm pretty sure it is the same clip as on the Sideclip, but I do not have any pentalobe security bits.
I found an Australian seller that has the clips on ebay, one would cost $15 ($21.5 AUD).
I might consider it...

I got a set of pentalobe bits off Amazon for $9.

You only need the T10, but that was about the cheapest I could find.  Loki-Mobile also sells them in the BST Board with his wrenches.

I've had better luck putting Wingman/Sidekick clips on Rebars.  Just use a carbide drill bit to index a small hole.

Ducked out to the garage (its the middle of the night here) and managed to not wake anyone up using the dremel tool. >:D

So I did this earlier in the week.  The Powerlock seemed to hold enough grip up until a certain point and then I used a combination of the pliers and the slotted screw.  The metal is so soft that it still wasn't turning great.  There's got to be a better way.
