Boy that looks uncomfortable!

Sorry I don't have any advice for you, over and above suggesting a visit to your closest doctor.

I hope it's not as painful as it seems!

I had something like that but on the inside of my eyelid.  The doctor turned my eyelid inside out to inspect it.  He said it was a sty and it would heal itself which it did.  He said if it didn't he have to drain it with a needle but luckily that didn't happen.

You might be as well going to your local Pharmacist.  For minor diagnosis and prescriptions they are great and you won't need an appointment.
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

It hurts  like mad I've never had any thing like this before , I've just washed it with some salty water, which wasn't very pleasant but might help.

Ya I wasnt too enthused with that either, but it did go away on its own.  The Dr suggested warm cloth compresses to help blood flow and I did that.  Not sure if it did the trick or not but id did go away.

I like your word better.  A sty in English is a place where pigs live.

Chalazion sounds like ultimate power stolen from the Gods. ...

I carried on with bathing it with salt water all evening, and woke up with an eye full of dried puss.
It's a lot smaller now and doesn't hurt as much so that's good

It seems it broke. But now you are in danger for a conjunctivitis (pink eye). You need a local antibiotic in eye drop form. You should ask an Ophtalmologist, or a GP at least.
Chalazion is a Greek word but also the formal English word for this condition, as usual in medicine and science in general. It would fit nicely in Iliad, spoken by Apollo or Athena, Nestor or Ulysses.
