Found this. Not very accurate in some cases, but still interesting.

Seems to be some sort of traditional farmer's knife from a small part of the Netherlands (Zealand).
You should seriously visit vicfan.com. All the hoopy froods are doing it.

Nah, they are legal to own but illegal to carry, at least that is my understanding :salute:

Never heard of a "Lierenaar", but since the town of Lier (where the knife originated from)  is about 6km from my home I did google it and it turns out the knife was used in Lier and the towns around Lier, that's pretty cool  :D.

So now I want one ...  :facepalm:

is it just me or do some of those seem like variations on of one knife that don't bring anything new to the table?
