Mmm, firiki likes the Spyderco Meadowlark after all! Did it come with a bucket full of band aid rolls?  ::) :D

I don't think so. That's part of the problem, never a dull moment with that girl...

  8)

  Well played, sir. :hatsoff:

Nope. All the expenses for this are on me  :-\

:D :D

*loving the knife*, btw.

I picked up a few buckets of grape yesterday i.e. the knife helped me cut the stems. I did a few hundreds of cuts with it for 2hrs :D  :tu:

I'm glad you like it; it seems like an interesting little knife and since, apparently, both your hands are still intact I'll take it as a good sign.

So far I'm all intact, yeah.

It's a great knife, yeah. I don't have much experience with folders - it's only my third one. So far I've had a  Buck Spitfire (blade play) and  Spyderco Ambitious. i can't decide if the Ambi or the Byrd is my fave one :D The Ambi feels more robust, but it's heavier; the Meadowlark has no blade play whatsoever in either direction and it's blade is longer, which makes it more convenient for cuttting stuff with; in the same time the Ambi has a thicker blade, therefore it's not so delicate.

We have a rule here, that a blade is named after the person it draws first blood... I imagine half the blades (+ one AC) in Bulgaria are named Niki

So it's been around 20 days already and this is been my favourite knife for now! I've carried it on a daily basis and never thought about anything else. Gets the job done, it's super lightweight and you don't feel it's there at all!

Love it :D
