Nice!!

My lego is all safely packed away in storage at the moment, while we settle our move and get ready to move everything into our new house next weekend.

My kids love the mini figs but we all get frustrated with how easy they break apart. I guess we could "kragle" them haha

One of my favorite things to do with my son is browse the local store's selection of Lego and see what all they have.  We do it every time we run into town.  We spent about 30 minutes on Sunday doing this and I was given about 40 ideas from him for his birthday this month.  Silly kid wants every lego set they make!

I think I'm gonna try to get him involved in building a city layout for him and his little sister.

I've seen those magazine/sets, kind of a step up from the advent calendar micro builds.

I want all lego too, I just can neither afford it or have anywhere to keep it all   :ahhh

I'm seriously considering getting these when they come out! (soon)

1 meter high

made out of more than 2,300 pieces

custom stand

features stages that can be separated

detailed rocket engines and internal fuel tanks

and both the Apollo command and lunar modules!  :dd:

and:

550 LEGO bricks including the 4 minifigures representing John, Paul, George and Ringo, as well as a Jeremy figure  :dd:

Wow, I need both of those!  I've got a birthday coming up, and my kids like buying Lego sets for my birthday (fun little tradition :) ), so I'll casually let my wife see these.  The rocket may be a little out of reach, for now, but the Yellow Submarine would be fun.

That is a very nice Lego model. I just gave all of my Lego models to a good friend's son. His eyes were like saucers. I needed to make room for other things, and well...he paid me back with happiness...which is the best payment ever.  :)

That was quite nice of you!  I gave my son a few pieces the other day.  Not like he's wanting for Lego; the boy has a truckload.  He had gotten 3 sets for his birthday last friday, but his grandfather and I both bought the Falcon on the same day and his little face was plainly saddened that he didn't get it(he's not into star wars though), so I gave him some trucks from the Captain America Civil War set, since I only collect Minifigs and Aircraft/Spacecraft.

I've been watching some Youtube videos about EDC Altoids Survival kits. Did anyone thought about making a survival kit out of LEGO, instead of an Altoids tin?

The good thing about it is that you can build it to your exact measurements needs. Also, it would be water tight.

The not so good part is the weight, thickness, sharp corners...

Any ideas on this?...
