Looks pretty much plain tool, no teeth, so if there is no some other tool, it has to be a Major Major rocks, of course On the other hand, all Wenger's metal saws/files I've seen has the nick (if any) on the opposite side - if someone's view point is facing/fronting phillips/corkscrew, as shown on your second photo above or first mine here below, metal saw/file's nick wouldn't be seen.
