This morning, I made it razor sharp which was really easy to do, then sliced up a pizza on a cardboard box for lunch, I looked at the edge afterward, a white line is already visible.

My other 8cr13mov knives don't have this issue.Quote from: Kampfer on February 29, 2016, 11:34:54 PMThis morning, I made it razor sharp which was really easy to do, then sliced up a pizza on a cardboard box for lunch, I looked at the edge afterward, a white line is already visible.

It went dull without cutting anything. Seriously!! The blade was so full of internal stresses that the edge would curl/roll within 24-48 hours of sharpening without so much as cutting a piece of paper. Sometimes you can compensate a blade like this by favouring one side when sharpening, but that one just didn't want to stay sharp at all.
Not really much of interest here, to be honest. The pivot bolt on the All Cylinders series is kind of near, but thats about it.
