Is it possible to add a pocket clip to the Leatherman juice???

I love the Leatherman juice and for me the only thing missing is a pocket clip. It looks like it would be really tough to add a pocket clip, but since I'm new here I thought I would ask and see if anyone has tried to add a pocket clip. If so, does anyone have any pix?

Thanks in advance!

I am not too sure about that... But, you could put a split ring on the lanyard ring and attach a carabiner. You could clip it on your belt loop or on your pocket.. It would still serve the purpose of not having it sideways in your pocket! I hope this helps!

You could probably attach a pocket clip to the Juice, just make sure you drill and tap the holes, and use something like JB Weld to strengthen it.  Then, depending on where you drilled the holes, make sure the screws don't stick through the liners to the point where they get in the way of the blade or scissors or whatever tool is there.

I thought about that too. I might have to grind off the large screwdriver to make room for the pocket clip screws. I'll have to tinker with it, but I really want a pocket clip.

Which Juice model are you planning to do this with?  It might be easier to get a polycarbonate sheath and clip that inside your pocket to achieve the same end?

I was thinking of buying another S2 to do the mod on. I haven't tried the poly clip yet, so how does it hold up? Does it come off easily? I tend to have really bad luck with pocket clips that stick out too much even if it's clipped inside my pants pocket. Before I go and hack a S2, I'll try out the poly clip and see how it works out.

Don't bother with the Polycarbonate sheath...they suck big time.

I've gone through four of them and they all broke in exactly the same place. The last one only lasted me a week.

A Juice with a clip would be amazing. If you do give it a shot, be sure to let us know how it goes!

I know quite some time has passed and now there is an option i just thought about. is called a P-7 Clip, I bought one for my keys and now I want to buy the Juice and I was wondering about the clip as well.

The P-7 Suspension Clip is THE answer to the common problem of large keyring items sitting at the bottom of your pants pockets...also known as "key fob bulge".

Or make a suspension clip like the one shown on my CS4. It is made from some 1mm brass I have using a dremel.  People have also made them from old silver spoons. I like the p7 but think the price is a bit steep.
