As the captain suggested in the money topic, let's make a thread for coins and knives/ coins and MT's pictures

I think blades and paper money would look cool, too (unless some laws are broken, of course).

So, I currently have just a couple of pics, but I think SAKGuy also has quite a few cool shots with silver coins

Is that a legit Walking Liberty or a Troy once coin? I'm assuming it's a Troy ounce coin because of size and because it looks mint.

That's the only one I have and I've had it long before I actually knew what it was, lol. I won't forget once, when I was 9-10 years old, my father brought me a seemingly empty cigarettes pack

He asked me if I wanted a smoke. I was all like.. wtf. He threw the pack to me, it was heavy. I opened it an.......

A friend of his had filled it with all sorts of coins from other countries which he'd gathered over time

a whole treasure for me

So the dollar was inside that pack, too.

It's probably nearly 2 decades old

Mom'd bought some dollars many years ago. Then the 9/11 crap happened, the dollar collapsed, she never exchanged it... then she gave them to me, so yeah.

It may have worked. Sorry for the crap pictures though. Natural light is terrible today and taking pictures of coins in 2X2's is less than ideal.
