They sent me an email today with another tracking number and said the other half is arriving by next Wednesday. The tracking info says it's a 5lb box.

Yep, it did work, though this was absolutely the strangest online transaction I've had in the last 7 years.

I never received an order confirmation or bill of sale for any of this
The one shipping confirmation I received had an untrackable UPS number
When my UPS login showed a shipment, it turned out an OSH shpment had been recalled under a different tracking number
I never received another shipping confirmation
While tracking another package via my UPS login, I found out they sent another package w/ a weight of 5lbs
I tracked and received that last package...same as Woodsduck

While tracking people's messages in this thread, I realized somebody from OSH was also tracking all these messages, so I decided to go silent and see what happened. I'm actually amazed that any of us received anything, given that they caught on to their mistake within a few days and recalled packages that they originally shipped.

Like I said, this is the strangest transaction I've had in years, but it worked out. Thanks Cap and thanks to OSH for fulfilling the transaction.!

Very strange. I am glad to see OSH follow through with the transaction. They are obligated in my opinion. It was the price set even if it was a accident on their end. People make mistakes and you pay for your mistakes in one way or another so why should a business not be held to the same standards. That's all I really have to say about that.

It is very nice to see them follow through and I applaud them for that. I literally go to OSH almost daily so it would of been a letdown if they took the other path and I had to stop shopping there out of principle. That would of cost them more than they "lost" on both your orders combined rather quickly.

It's very cool you both received your orders and I can keep shopping at OSH.

I've never shopped with them ( OSH ) but I'd sure give them my business now. As far as them being obliged, I am not of that mindset. What I didn't like was what appeared to have been un cool action on their part. A mistake is a mistake and a call or email stating such for me would have been cool.

Bottom line is they were more that cool for sending out the orders and for that I applaud them. Also kudos to you guys for the INSANE deal.
