Teofilo, I don't know whether that UKPK is legit, but you may not want to write it off just yet. Many Spyderco models go through various iterations, from the Spyderco Cat to the Delica. The Cat, for example, had a clip that evolved, and it went from no jimping to yes jimping through various production models.So just because your UKPK does not look exactly like others does not necessarily mean that its fake.You could go straight to the source and ask Sal Glesser on Bladeforums.
