Well I run 5 miles 5 times a week work out with weights six days out of seven I ahve stopped drinking eat a healthy diet and tell the most outrageous lies
LOL!Honestly, I go to the gym for about two hours in the early morning.. I usually go 6-8.. I run for on the treadmill for about a half an hour, than I deadlift, then I benchpress, then I do push downs, and lastly I do a few sets of power cleans!
Yeah, I don't think anyone is going to top him.

I luv biking for exercise and health! I need to get another bike here, but damn it's hilly!
Well I shattered my ankle in the military in 1991. I had pins and plates put in, it got to where I could predict the weather with how they hurt so had the metal taken out in 1994.
