Interesting mod.

Did you have to modify any of the screws that held the fake bone slabs on or did you leave them out?

Also, looks like you replaced the thumbstuds? :think:

No, nothing is modified, just leave the scales and screws off.

The thumbstud is transitional, as I found the stock thumbstud is a little painful to operate with the out of box tri-ad lock. After the lock is broken in, the action of the knife would be smooth, then I will install the stock stud back in.

It really changed the knifes character, it looks like a totally different knife now (one that fits your style better from what I've seen of your pictures).
