It boils down to pen vs pliers.
Squirt is a bit big and heavy, and you'll have it for the pliers.
MiniChamp is too big, you can go half the size with a slimmer model and not lose much functionality.
A Signature, Manager, Talisman or their non-pen equivalents are perfectly acceptable tool to bulk ratio.
I've had a Micra on me for two years now, and it's amazing. I'd rather have full sized pliers instead of a squirt, so i'll carry my Rebar or Deluxe Tinker.
I've included a Signature on my keys, just for the pen, I don't mind the redundant pair of scissors. I 'd leave the Micra, but I like it too much.

Neither. Style PS, if you're already carrying a blade. Easier to use than the Squirt because of its slightly longer body with the same scissors and pliers, and you get a decent set of tweezers (better than those on both the Minichamp and Micra). Plus a decent nail file with a good screwdriver tip. Minichamp is nice but has too many redundant tools. If you really want a Vic, then Rambler or Manager.

My two cents:
I own the three of them, and carry the Micra and Minichamp on a daily basis (I feel pliers must always be strong, if not tweezers should always be enough, so my pliers-based tool is a bigger one)
Minichamp has awesome scissors for nail trimming and detailed work, like hairs, splinters, skin, medical and surgical stuff, piercing soft material...Micra scissors are much, much stronger, but hang much more often and are not as precise or pointy (digging, opening skin, etc.)
Minichamp has more tools, which I find useful (wharncliffe blade is a darn scalpel, and the package opener is excellent, Phillips is unbeatable for a tool this size IMO), Micra is nicer to carry and has superior flathead drivers, which can double as a mini prybar (the big one).
I also believe the pen is unnecessary (important enough to carrya big, good one with you) and adds much width, and I use the Micra's horrible tweezers, so I got the Alox. It's become my favorite SAK after this time of carry and almost daily use.
Can't go wrong with any of the three, but I'd get a big(ger) pliers based tool if you use them enough and carry a Minichamp in the keyring, witha bit of imagination you'll use all the implements for much stuff.
Pliers come in many sizes, from smaller (squirt, dime and SAK pliers) to med (juice, MP400 and PPP) tofinally bigger size (Surge, Powerlock, MP600, Swisstool), giving you options and shapes/uses.
Sorry for the long post. in short, for me: Minichamp > Micra > Squirt (if you carry pliers apart) and it comes down to what do you use and need the most nice pliers, nice scissors or nice variety
