For past couple weeks, I have been mixing up my traditional carry to compliment my MICRA.

The picture is of the prime carries I have utilized, with the Marbles And Case lg Stockman  seeing the latest EDC duty.

Top to bottom
Case 75, Case 47, Bear n Son leg Barlow, Marbles 3 blade Cattleman, Case Tribal Lock and a Robeson pen knife.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Some beauties there people.
I nearly bought an oilfield jack a few weeks ago for my upcoming birthday but it was either £155 or £165 if I remember correctly, made from a sucker rod, also if I remember correctly .

But I decided It would leave me financially embarrassed. It sure is beautiful though.
My trouble is i never show initiative, but that's only because no one has told me to.

They are nice. I have another one with oily creek bone. Worked a number of years when I was young as a roughneck and driller in the oil field. So they're kind of special to me.   :tu:    :D

Lovely stuff gareth.

Back with the bear and son today.
I found the sharpening choil too far back to be of any real use as a sharpening choil, so extended it forward.
Much easier to sharpen now on my worksharp field sharpener as the sloping back ricasso made it difficult to get the base of the blade to sit on the guide.

So many great knives again.
You have some beautiful fixed blades David.
Do you carry a fixed blade everyday?

Most the time. We don't really have any prohibitive knife laws around here. You can carry most any knife you want. Course if your packing a broad sword you might scare the natives.   :o  :ahhh  :D

One of the exceptions for blade carry in the UK is for National Dress.  So if you are in full kilt regalia you can legally have your Sgian Dubh and not be breaking the law.  However the law doesn't address blade length...
