I think what is listed in this auction is not a Cavalier but a Vagabond without the file/SD .http://tinyurl.com/zkqx5zkIf so it's surprising because the seller is usually very good at listing correctly. Is it a Cavalier ?

Maybe the seller simply forgot to open the nail file for the picture? Or it is broken off?
Exactly my thoughts.Be interesting if someone bids super high for what he thinks is a rare variation.I am surprised that this seller may be making such an error.Bit late to correct it now, I guess.
I contacted the seller. Here's the exchange.I think the Cavalier is actually a Vagabondwithout the file (missing ?, unopened ?).Check and correct if possible at this stage. All the bestShalom from IsraelGotta give her credit, she replied:A vagabond has 6 tools and this has only 5, This may be an oddity - ??Thanks for you observation. Thanks for replying.Look next to the blade ,I think you'll find the base of a broken missing file.Cavaliers have a different layout and different tools ." Nope, no broken blades, this may have been a specially made knife ? ? ? ? " I'll pass up this one.
Boy, between the two of us she will probably stop international shipping. I must say , I have bought from her many times and all was EXCELLENT.
