I just picked up a really nice American made Gerber multi (Model??) and It seems to be really well made. Better then anything I've seen from Gerber. I'm on vacation so I can't take a picture, but I'll post a picture just as soon as I return home. I have so much to learn in the multi-world, so sorry if there is a similar thread already.

Have a look on the main site and see if it's listed there.

In the meantime, I think the MP400, 600 and 800 were all made in the US.  Possibly also the 700 too, but I'm too lazy to go look at it right now!

Then there was the butterfly opening MPT which was made for a military contract, that was also made in the US I think.

Def, thanks for the info.  I don't think it's any of the models that you listed.  I'll post a picture of the Gerber when I get home.

FWIW; around my area they all still say "Made in the USA" on the package and the recent MP600 models I've handled don't appear to have lost anything in the fit+finish department.
