A lot depends on price...if it's the same price as a LM Sidekick or Wingman,or even....a Gerber Suspension! then I'd pass;but if it's significantly less expensive,why not?

The scissors....., well the only MT scissors I have used are on my LM Style CS and that's just not fair to the Dewalt's scissors.I would say fair. I was able to cut the cardboard of a priority mail envelope. Though does hurt a bit on your thumb after repeated cuts. And yes the poor thing definitely suffers from having a small Phillips but does compensate for that with a good spring in the pliers.

I paid twenty and some change. The whole MT has a very hearty feel to it. It's very well made. I'm definitely a LM guy but for the price I thought I'd give it a go.

I know a guy that carries one of those and a Case Stockman. He seems to like his. Said it great for those little task where he can't be bothered to walk back to the truck or the shop.

I paid about $30 CDN for mine, but that works out to $20 US many days of the week, so I consider that close enough.

All in all I kind of like it.  It isn't a Leatherman or Gerber, but it isn't the super cheapo that many companies sell (out) their names to.  See the Dump Truck Full Of Money Theory for what I am talking about.

For the money it isn't a bad tool, but again, for the money you can find better tools if you take the time to look.  If, however you are at Home Depot and looking at it on the shelf, it's worth grabbing- I just wouldn't make a special trip for it.  That's the synopsis- for more of my thoughts on it you can read THIS THREAD where I don't really say much more than I did above, but I use more words to get to the same place.

It might do better if you add more pics of the PST and sheath and lose the pics with the Gerbers. I've found that listings always do better with lots of good pics. A good BIN price and low or free shipping seems to work better overall as well for MT's unless it's a rare one.
