Day 9

Are you happy with your mp scissors?

I can't really say that I am... maybe mine are too loose
Gerber is owned by Fiskars so they should have great scissors!

The scissors swallows more than they cut when it comes to slightly heavier materials.
One layer of bike cycle inner tube ... swallowed

The cutting finish... or lack there of.

The scissor blades could also easily be longer (like the on the Diesel)

DAY 5:

(Image removed from quote.)
zoidberg, is your Gerber the Sight Tool version?

Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

Some of it is yes. The handles, carbon scraper and phillips driver. The rest is from a few other gerber multipliers.
I think I'd like that version, modded of course, a bit better than my Pro Scout...

Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

For me it's out the front blunt nose pliers. They work good for me. Without them I wouldn't bother...

I've found that inner tube cuts better when stretched a little. And yes, the Diesel scissors fit into the 600.

Great stuff yesterday and today so far peeps :like: :like: I think the MP is growing on me some :tu: I put 3in1 dry lube all over it and I think it is essentially a very similar product to what powernoodle uses as I now have a silky smooth tool because it puts a waxy surface on the whole thing and this really does make it seem like a better tool overall :like: :like:

Heine Brother's Bee Keeper:  though some would not characterize it as coffee, its a latte with local, raw honey and cinnamon.  Quite yummy.

Exactly. Some strecthing and it goes a lot smoother :) But my 20 years old and halfly abused kitchen scissors and my even older SAK scissors, cuts inner tube smoothly without stretching

So still having nothing to do I cleaned my MP600. There are symbols on the part of the plier head that goes in the handles.
One side has a circle with an S in it and the other has a number. 2 on one side and 4 on the other. Anybody seen this before?
