Here is a knife that I've been dreaming about. I really love the CRK Umnumzaan, but I've always hated the bead blasted finish. I knew I was going to send the knife to SOT for a nice stone washing job, but Greg (grnamin) offered to make me a custom deep pocket clip for the Umnumzaan so it had to go to him first.

Greg made the clip by hand out of titanium and I think it looks great! Once I got the clip back from Greg, I sent the scales off to SOT for the stone washing job. Once that was finished, it was sent to Paul (Death's Head) to assemble the knife for me. Paul also made me a cool lanyard for it out of leather with a titanium bead from LZ.

Here are the pix courtesy of Death's Head:

*** This is a post I did on another forum, but I thought you guys might like to see the knife. It turned out great! The custom pocket clip simply makes the knife. I couldn't be happier with it.  ***

Its not everyone's cup of tea for sure, but I think that Chris was trying out a new design. The Sebenza is a great knife, but I find the selection of knives from CRK to be tiresome. I'm glad they tried something new.  :tu:

Now they just have to hurry up and pay off the tooling costs so they can start making the small version.

My question was rhetorical to make a point, and you actually answered it with a definition pulled from a dictionary.

Good for you John. I have been carrying mine for the past few days. I took some random macro shots the other night also.
