I liked First Contact. It shows how it all began. Wrath of Khan was great as well.

Final Frontier...The man himself directed it.

Full of humour and comradeship...

The eternal triumvirate of Kirk, Spock and Bones (With a bit of Scotty as well  :D)

Peace and long life,

Although the Wrath of Khan was good I think the Undiscovered Country was better.

Hmm, that's a toughie , the Final Frontier for the reason's that Nick's stated, but I do love First Contact, as I grew up with the TNG crew so I'll always be fond of them more so than the others, plus it was very well acted, and had Mankinds most implacable enemy :)

Cold, emotionless and implacable, oh Borg, how we love thee :D
Give in, buy several Farmer's!!!!!!

There's quite a compelling argument among trekkies that ST5 was just Kirk dreaming.
It has so many oddities and gaffs that actually makes a lot of sense and it's an explanation I find quite satisfying.

I voted for VI Undiscovered Country with Wrath of Kahn a close second.

Star Trek VI was the first Star Trek movie I saw at the movies and it was awesome.  Especially the Klingon blood effects which were a total WOOOOOW!! :o when the guys were getting shot.  The whole thing with the moon exploding, the prison planet, etc...

It seems the old timers  :P like Khan, while The Next Generation (pun intended) prefers First Contact (me included  :D ), all jokes aside I did grow up with THG crew and love the borg so...

My vote is for the Undiscovered Country. My favorite scene is the end were McCoy and Spock perform surgery on a photon torpedo to take out the cloaked Bird of Prey.
