I'm nearly at the point the plane won't work anymore. I have avoided it until now due to the straight handle. I don't have a spoke shave but I do have a grinder with a flap disk - it just creates LOTS of dust

I think I have a curved furniture scraper somewhere. Once the shave is too much, I think I'll drop down to that. Otherwise I'll be going the dusty route......  :D

I don't really get the anatomy, heels and toes near eyes and cheeks. Would make more sense if it was nose and chin?

Unless the eye is of the brown variety? Then cheeks would be maximus... I'll stop now
