Just came in the mail....opened it first so it was on duty for the rest of the letters.

Oh, that looks great!

The Allegheny is big knife, yes?  4" blade or something?  Does it fit into your pocket?

It is. 4.75" closed.  It's in the "back pocket folder" category I guess. I like this pattern and have about 3 more of these from Case...I think they're call called a Coke Bottle pattern but I'm not sure...I'll look for an old pic of my others. Have the Texas version of the 97 coming too....maybe next week.

Cool idea for another In-challenge Challenge.  :like:

This would be ICC #3.  (Oh, and a reminder, ICC #2, the Campfire Challenge, is still in play.....)

So...how does the Whittling challenge work, Barry?
Btw, did my pics make it through the needle eye for the camp fire ICC?

day 11

Had a busy afternoon working in the crawlspace under the house to lay out cables for electricity to the front and back garden. The crawlspace is a bit dark and muddy, so I was wearing rubber boots and rain pants while I was down there, but even though I did use my knife and multitool for cutting and stripping wires I didn't take my phone down there to take pictures. Sorry about that  :-[

Also, this morning I was at the dermatologist to have some moles checked out. I have quite a lot of them, so i'm having them checked twice per year just to be sure, over the years they did remove a couple of them but luckily none of them turned out to be malicious.

The doctor removed one birthmark today because he was having some doubts about it. Even though I did have my knife with me, the doctor used his own knife so again: no pictures. Sorry about that

Now let's hope next week I get a call from the doctor that this birthmark was also nothing special, just like the ones before!
