Still getting over the issues of yesterday, all I could get up to, today, was opening up a package with some more paracord beads.

Pushing 100° here and that's not helping.

Vintage Fuzz Day 19

Been very busy today doing fuzzy stuff, no time to cook, so grabbed some sushi and noodles on the way home...

My Trapper (and other knives) are used on plants and fruits, mostly. The acids make the carbon blade turn blueish.

Stainless version here  :hatsoff:
I might get a Carbon Opinel to see if I like that patina stuff

Fantastic looking knife!  :like: This was the pattern that first alerted me to GEC knives. What year's it from, 2008?

Thank you!  My tube with the date for this one is packed in a box. So far, I haven't found it yet but the model is a 253019 if that helps. I'll shoot you a PM when I run across the tube.

How is that Grohmann starting to feel for you, Greg? Is it going to be a keeper?

Thanks for asking Nix

It was always a keeper, just wasn't sure if it was destined to be an EDC.
The quality is unquestionable in both material and fit and finish, it opens smoothly and snaps closed like a mouse trap, where different materials meet I can drag a fingernail across and not feel it.
Both blades have retained their edge after 19 days.
At this point in the challenge I no longer baby it, and we've become strong friends.
It really would be a lifetime companion, if only I was younger

And Ray I know you've been interested too

Day 19 - Noname lockback road in front left pocket today.
Cut open a package of nozzles and flatten some oversized cardboard boxes. It is hiding an edge yet.
