Dinner and a Leatherman
on: April 17, 2019, 04:43:13 AM
I broke out my old PST tonight to pop open a few beers while I grilled sausage and peppers on the Weber.

The key is to cook everything in a cast iron skillet over direct heat from the coals, using beer to help caramelize and flavor the onions and peppers.

Would anybody else care to show off their Leatherman with dinner or a drink?

Cedar plank salmon is pretty much the easiest thing you could ever cook on a charcoal grill, especially when you have a Skeletool at your disposal.

Mmmm.... That looks so good. I love making beer can chicken on my Weber. I probably do it 3 or 4 times every year, when lots of family is around. I've actually fired up a 22" Weber and an 18" Weber, and made 3 beer can chickens simultaneously. It's a total feast.
