Kamakiri - time has flown by...always does with these type of challenge’s where you are open to different SAK’s. These are my favorite ones to do.  :woohoo:

Day 20
Seeing all these different SAKs is a real inspiration for me!  :like:
Just opening some wall hangers for a certificate that needs to go up. Simple task, but the OC delivers without complaint.

Some great knives.  I wasn’t aware that there had been so many different models, especially the Wengers.

Just a couple of bonus photos
Kettle Chips are so good

Day 20

Wenger Manager, this is one of the first Wenger I got when I first started collecting vintage SAKs.  I found this in a corner of an old bookstore, and found the telescoping pointer fascinating.

What interesting is that this model with the corkscrew is called Manager, while the one with the phillips screw driver is called the Director.  Does it mean it is more fun to be a Manager than a Director? :drink: :D

(Image removed from quote.)

I had never seen a manager, great knife.

Day 21

Wenger Pocketgrip

I remember having some discussion with folks on another thread, about whether the small pliers is an answer from Victorinox in response to the plier-based MT from LM camp.  In some way, I think this maybe a more appropriate response to that.  I also quite like how the design try to utilize every space there is on the tool, to house the 1/4 bit carrier under the plier handle, and a magnetic holder for the bit adapter as back tool when it is not in use.  They even engraved measurement onto the side of the woodsaw to make it more useful.

Day 21

Just found some more junk mail lurking behind the door, so Wenger watch back opener (Omega branded) to the rescue!

Noticed a few of these in varying colours available on fleabay.... Hopefully this morning‘s snap catches the blue alox better and it doesn’t look like plastic!

I’m fortunate, he is an appreciative dog and pays close attention to the knife when it is involved with treats or toys. [I say this as he is sleeping with his head in my lap]
