It's time to get the  3rd annual Fools of April  challenge organized.   :viking:

Most of you will already know that the Fools of April challenge is a 30-day challenge featuring the legendary Buck 110....




This challenge is designed to test the mettle of MTo members brave enough...or foolish enough...to carry a Buck 110 for a full 30 days.  With the advent of lightweight models of the 110, the challenge has become notably easier, but that is A-OK. We love the 110 in awl it's various permutations.  :D  If you don't have one, this may be the time to pick one up and earn yourself a coveted 30 110 Badge.  :tu:



The challenge will run from 01 April through 30 April.

The Rules:

1.  Carry a Buck 110 everyday. Don't break any laws: if you can't legally carry a 110 everyday, do what you can, use it at home, use it at camp, use it for fishing, use it for pizza, just use it!
2.  Post a photo of your Buck 110 every day of the challenge. Action photos are always appreciated! (Please, for the mods, label your post with the appropriate day, e.g. 'Day 1')
3.  You must have fun during the challenge. Failure to have fun will lead to automatic disqualification.
4.  Your 110 must be your primary tool. If you need to use another tool (can't imagine why....), please post an explanation of why the Buck 110 was up to the task (which seems impossible....).

I think that covers awl the bases--it's a simple challenge.

(And, just between you and me and the rest of the internet, there will be a GAW or two....... :whistle: )
Merit Badges Start a new thread and post a photo of an Executive or Director for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the pen for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participants shall carry and use one Soldier knife, the model of their choosing, for the duration of the 90 days and post a picture each day. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Delemont SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Cybertool (any variant), Swisschamp, Champion or Toolchest for sixty (60) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge by carrying  a GEC knife and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo daily of any SAK 74mm or smaller ( you can switch it up daily ) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Build your own version of an MRE using off-the-shelf components, post a photo of the completed MRE and store at room temperature for 6 days or more. Consume the MRE after the storage period and post pictures and descriptions of the contents. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Farmer X SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Leatherman Skeletool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate and contribute in Challenge thread and post a photo of either an Axe, MT/Folding knife or Fixed blade (picked at the beginning of challenge) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Spyderco knife for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate and contribute in Challenge thread and post a photo of a different blade each day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Soldier for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the multitool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Fieldmaster SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days.
