I'm finishing up day 30 by opening up some toys my daughter got for her birthday.
So very nice! I like that set up with the holster

Day 30: just did some breaking down of boxes today.  Saying a prayer for our country.

The Soldier proved what I already knew. It is a great edc tool. I still believe that the Farmer is a superior tool for the most part, but sometimes just having two layers is nice.

This has been another great 30 day challenge.  I love the compact nature of the Soldier and the precision of it's design and build.  I would however not be honest if I did not admit to missing my Compact and Spirit.

Day 30
Thought it would only be appropriate for my 1930 to take day 30.
Dinner Time and it proved far better than the steak knife provided at the restaurant.

... But...an Old Soldier is a lucky Soldier...so I'll take that any day.  :D

 :salute:

... didn't need scissors much myself over the past 30 days... carrying a Climber usually  :dunno:

I'd feel a little funny using a pocketknife in a restaurant here in the States... except that time I was at a Rodizio ... I'd bet money that they distributed dull steak knives just to slow the patrons down.

My favorite restaurant in town, while not suit and tie  it is a wear Sunday’s best, has the worst steak knives ever. It’s a serrated butter knife really. They always ask if I would like another knife  instead of using my own. I say; “no thanks, I’m good!”

I think this is exactly the case with dinner last night.  When it comes to enjoying a good steak I don't need any help taking my time.

More package duty. I have to admit I am looking forward to the end of this challenge. I miss my usual EDCs - a lot!
